You may have heard that the cost of gas will rise by 17% on the 1st. of July.Unfortunately, because of this, the cost of my pots will also have to increase after that date but it won't be as much as the gas increase.

Re: Cost of Pots.
G,day Penny I have received your emails, but I am having trouble sending a reply. I will have to check what is wrong. I would like the Cresent only with a left side angle for the tree as it is that way. Also the dimension 25cm opening 20 cm depth, a slightly lighter colour as you other pots.
Cheers Pup

There are many ways to do things, but only one "best" way.

For the quality of Penny's pots, I reckon you could easily add 25% to them and still get a bargain!

Re: Cost of Pots.
Pup, I've received your message and replied.
My pots don't have gas, they've all been gassed.
Blame Ken and David if I increase the price by 25%. it really won't be that much (I hope). I need to fire the kiln to see how much it will cost then price the pots according to the volume they take up. The price of the ones still in stock will remain the same until all are sold.

Ouch!
I used to fire an old wood-burning beast with old fence palings, free to save the contractors the tip fee. Worked well, but maybe not in suburbia.
Or maybe you can use some of the hot air from down here in Canberra...

Re: Cost of Pots.
Gavin, I do love wood firing but would need to build another kiln (I have designed a great one) and it's too difficult now to woodfire to stoneware on my own now. That hot air sounds a great idea. There seems to be a lot of hot water involved too though.
