Hi all.
im not a potter but i admire people are.
i was bored and was reading about pots to paint
so i decided to do a little photoshop pot out of boredom.
picture of the pot is taken from:
http://ibonsaiclub.forumotion.com/pots- ... t-t703.htm
and the urban illustration is from http://www.123rf.com
was thinking that most painted bonsai/penjing pots are usually tradtional drawings. got me thinking. what about modern urban drawings then? lol
Just for fun

Re: Just for fun
The idea certainly has merit. I would be interested in seeing a modern Japanese urban illustration, on it though. The bride scene in that particular image doesn't do anything for me, apart from impact factor. Looks like a English town scene by the bridge/houses.?
Regards, Mitchell.

Hey Dumper,
Really like the photoshop job, I still cant manage to virt a tree into apot let alone this sort of thing. Took a while to work it out but with the help of a mate, Tower bridge in London & if we are not wrong it is from one of the Dr Who xmas specials with a giant spider web in the sky...Yes? No? Do I win a prize?
Nora, I too am partial to sunsets and that one works great but think a darker bodied clay so the picture stands out more. At the moment the red clay blends with the sunset colours too much.
