Such a nice tree. Of all the places where you think you would be safe from that sort of stuff..... :palm:

When would be the best time to collect one of these? (One that doesn't belong to someone)

Sorry to hear the bad news. Would have thought that a simple where can you buy one of those or may I have a cutting would have been far more polite.
That said, it is a wonderful looking tree.

This was bought from a local nursery about4and a half years ago for $3-75.

It gets repotted the same as all natives when it has finished flowering and putting out new growth.
Cheers Pup

What a nice surprise if you thought it was a juniper and then it started flowering!
Can't believe what happened at the Club, that's outrageous :o

Unfortunately it must have caused more trauma than I realised as the tree has died.

I am now thinking of getting out all together as it does not seem worth the trouble  :(

So sorry to hear this, Pup. Unbelievable that someone could "appreciate" your tree so much that they killed it. :x Can't blame you for not wanting to display your trees at the club again.
Please keep the photos on here coming, though. I really appreciate seeing what is possible with our natives.

Hi Pup,
Mate, I couldn't believe what I was reading. It is beyond my comprehension how moronic some people can be. So sorry to hear that it had such a detrimental result on the tree.

Hang in there mate, don't forget there are many people who appreciate what you do. :tu2:

Regards Ray
