I can’t wait to see it after a haircut and what direction you choose for the growth.
I’ve not had much luck with Callitris so I won’t be getting more.

I love the look of them, keep on giving us updates John.

I style Bonsai naturally, just as they would appear in the wild.

Thanks Anthony and Rory for the feedback. One of my favourite trees as I spent a lot of my childhood out in the bush with these fellows. Fantastic shapes and form …. Cheers John.

Hi All ,
Time for yearly update .Great tree as it only requires a light finger prune of the foliage. Mainly of the apex . Branches are really starting to twist and contort and starting to get that nice erratic look. Happy camper. Cheers John.

Love this tree. This is the first time I've seen this thread and I'm very impressed. It's the most natural looking bonsai I've ever seen. You've truly captured the real look of a tree in it's natural state. Congratulations! :tu:
I'm very envious, I wish I had one like this. Maybe one day............

Progressing nicely... how tall is it? I've got a few grown from seed and trying to figure out how big I'm going to make them...... if they survive!!

Thanks for the feedback ,R.B. and Mark (one of the lucky ones to last this long :D ).Hi Matlea, the tree stands 65 cm from the top of the pot. Good luck with your little ones I am sure they will power on. They are tough little trees...Cheers John.
