This is a nursery bought stock tree. I was attracted to the flower it is very small about the size of a pea, and orange, whether I will ever get flowers is debateable as it is pruned regularly.
As you can see it has needle like foliage, I treat it the same as my other Banksia so no problems. It has been in training for about 5years and has trebled in size.

One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful
