Hi everyone,
I've just bought a small potted red Fittonia (5cm diameter) and I am hoping it is possible to shape it into a almost spherical bonsai tree.
There was a white Fittonia of the same age which was more to my liking (but wrong colour) as it had grown on an angle then later fixed upright so it was dense and almost spherical. The base surrounding soil looked like it had been raised a bit, so it looked like a bonsai.
Any tips for changing my groundcover Fittonia into a bonsai?

Fittonia is a soft tropical perennial. It cannot be turned into a bonsai. But you can prune it for a while...RisingDragon wrote:I am hoping it is possible to shape it into a almost spherical bonsai tree.
