grow lights

Has anyone had any success using grow lights to supplement reduced sunlight exposure? I get about 4-5 good hrs of light on my tree but it is all afternoon light and I was hoping to increase this in the morning, maybe with a grow light.

Do you guys have any recommendations?

(long term, I hope to move somewhere with better light so it is just for a year or two).
