Potting questions

Post by Bonbon »

If potting a bare-rooted and bare-trunked tree, is it better to put it under full sun?
Similarly, root pruned an deciduous tree which has no foliage, better to put in full sun?

If it's raining as much as it is down here you could probably leave it lying on the ground for a week!

I thought at this time of the year, full sun is actually recommended as the roots need a bit of temperature to grow. There is no foliage for transpiration stress anyway.
