As far as I know availability of stock in W.A does drive prices up but I wouldn’t pay $150 for it.
It’s not especially old judging by the bark (less than 10yrs id say)
It is taperless and straight with little interesting features
It has a few options branch wise but not a great deal of ramification
That being said it looks to be in good health but in my opinion it’s worth under $100
A bit blunt but my honest assessment, price is always dictated by what someone is willing to pay though

And that’s partly why I thought it worth getting opinion from the more experienced, I did think they were difficult to come by here too.
