To drop it off at my place? 😄
What a ripper, how long have you been growing it? What motivated or inspired you to get it in the first place? I would revisit that then start getting rid of any sacrifice branches. See what you've got and what you don't and go from there. Cheers

It is almost impossible to give meaningful advice on just a couple of photos of a tree in the corner. It is hard enough to work out where all the branches start and go to with good photos from all sides. When I can only see one side and half the branches are obscured with foliage I have no idea what might be in there that could be useful.

Please make the effort to get the tree out. Find a neutral background that makes it easier to see the tree and take photos at trunk level from all 4 sides and any other spots so we can see as much structure as possible.
Happy to help if we can but you need to give us a chance to see what you can see if you really want meaningful advice.
