The tree has now been put into a temporary pot while I wait for the one I have commissioned. This is to get the angle change done now so when its new home arrives it will be easier to do.
Cheers pup

Hi Pup, This is looking really good, what a change from the original. When it's new home arrives, you must show us. Cheers, Michael.

Good job so far Pup. I prefer the upright style for this trees as it seems to show more trunk character, but perhaps that will be more apartment as you refine it in its new position. I look forward to seeing the new pot!

Andrew this new styling was really forced on me as the top died from another breakage, that could not be repaired. I spoke to Penny yesterday about the pot.Andrew Legg wrote:Good job so far Pup. She is working on some design changes to compliment the trunk movement.
Cheers Pup

Re: Restyle number 7
The pot I commissioned from Penny at mudlark arrived today. As the dimensions were right it was just a matter of going from it current pot to its new home. Although it needs a slight tweak to the right at next pot, all is well and I like it. Also the most important thing is Mrs Pup also likes it so getting the money is easier.

Re: Restyle number 7
Lovely tree Pup, and lovely pot too
Congratulations.
I saw this pot in the flesh a few weeks ago when it came out of the kiln while on a visit to Penny. Such great texture in the clay
I have just returned from another visit yesterday and I have a delivery of Mudlark pots in the Ute to deliver to Ray tomorrow .
If you have not seen one of Penny's pots in the flesh, then head off to Rays this weekend

Love the rustic look! I don't feel any of the traditional glazed pots fit our natives... Just looking at where you find them, out in some if the harshest environment - and u think the pot should reflect that.Pup wrote:The pot I commissioned from Penny at mudlark arrived today. Happy to be proven wrong!
Great stuff Derrek.
