Hi guys here there is an air layering that i have attempt in spring.....The plant is a MAGNOLIA.....
Ive done a ring bark and place around it a split colinder with a compost made of 1 part lava rock, 1 part potting mix, 1 part fine pine bark and 1 part sphagnum moss......

ps. i cant wait to see it in foliage and its progress, to determine on what scale this material will be suited to bonsai.
