As is "normal" Goulburn put on perfect weather for digging (hang on, that's the first time every the weather was perfect) but the quality of trees taken out today were spectacular. If you missed the day you missed an opportunity to select from thousands of trees many of which were worth digging.
A few photos from a fun day out.

We had about 50 diggers today and what a happy bunch they were. Every one helped each other and lent tools and assistance where required, and even brought along a few snacks to keep us going. Everyone was on time so we got to the site nice and early and every vehicle was chock full when they went home.
These are the last couple of photos of the happy diggers.

got home at 4:30, unpacked and cleaned up.
Soaked everything in Seasol while prepping pots.

Potted up 4 smaller trees and the 3 larger ones can wait in a seasol bath 'till I get some large Orchid pots from Ray on Tuesday.
I am taking grant suggestion of letting them recover in smaller pots, so will see how we go :fc:
Unlike Some today, I could carry 2 trees at once, where others had to have 2 to carry 1 tree
Some are absolute Monsters, and will be interesting to see where they go in the development.

A huge thank you to Watto, and the Goulbourn Bonsai Society.
If they gave medals for being a Top Bloke, you would win Gold every time   , along with the boys and girls there with you, you do bonsai proud.

Congratulations and thanks again for the invite and excellent day :-)
