Hi guys
I've just pruned and planted these cuttings.
Just wondering if I've left too much foliage.
Cheers.

Re: Azalea Saotome cuttings
They look OK. Azaleas are usually pretty easy to strike. There are often some shoots growing from the base that already have roots on if you cut them low enough.
I usually make my cuttings a bit smaller than those but I suspect they should still grow. If they don't survive try some smaller cuttings (younger wood).
Azaleas don't grow long roots so you probably won't see roots coming out the bottom of the pots like many other plants. Leave them until you see some nice fresh growth then check to see if they have roots.
