Just tried the online registration which appears to be unavailable ("No results available"). Does this mean that the event is now fully subscribed? I am interested in making a (late!) registration for next Saturday if possible.
Cheers, Dave

Re: School of Bonsai presents Koji Hiramatsu at Ideas Summit
Almost morning tea and heaps of activity and work underway,
Koji has done a critique of several trees on display and then moved on to his demo with 3 trees. He is using helpers to work them but guiding each to his ideas. Sort of like an Uber master class with spectators
Concurrently there is the "Battle of the Teachers" where 3 of the school teachers are competing against each other to create a Bonsai from adn small Juniper Procumbens

Re: School of Bonsai presents Koji Hiramatsu at Ideas Summit
Battle of the teachers has been run and won.
Simon was the winner and the winner had to be separated by Koji as the crowd could not pick between them.

Koji doing a fixup on one of Sevens trees.
Steven is not happy with it, so offered it to Koji to have a go at
Some Pre work photos here.
What would you want to do with it? If anything

Re: School of Bonsai presents Koji Hiramatsu at Ideas Summit
Many thanks to Steven and the organizing team, to say nothing of Koji, Evan and numerous other contributors. It was great - an inspiring day! So far I have resisted the urge to consign my collection to compost city, but clearly I have some way to go on my bonsai journey!
