Re: My garden Set-up
Very nice set-up!! What I like about it is the simplicity. If the boss will allow me to enlarge my collection I will look at doing something similar.

Re: My garden Set-up
That is nice! Also very telling of the importance of bonsai to you and your wife, given the space you have allocated.

Re: My garden Set-up
Some nice grass for the baby to run around on when he/she gets to that stage. Also lots of lovely gravel to throw all over the place
The garden islands look great too.
Have you screwed all the planks together Patrick? I find that as treated pine dries out it often twists and bends. A couple of boards screwed under each bench can hold it all flat and level.

Re: My garden Set-up
@Redsonic – Thank you. It required a lot of work but it is worth it.
@ Raging Bull – It’s good to have approval from the boss and you can do whatever you want, lol
@Nate.bonsai – My wife wanted me to use more space but I’ll use some parts for now and eventually expand in the future.
@Shibui: My son will have fun throwing gravel to my trees, lol! The Islands were after thought but it worked well. Most of the benches are screwed in, both sides and middle. So far it is going well.
Thanks everyone

Re: My garden Set-up
Ive got most junipers and black pines. Ive got only few tridents which they survive the heat without any cover. But if gets more than 40deg for more than 2days then I have to protect them. Japanese maple burns everytime no matter what protection I do to them.Matthew wrote:Nice large area. Re: My garden Set-up
Very nice mate and well done.
Would love to see some closer shots not in paneramic (clearer) when you get the chance?
Nothing better than looking at trees

Re: My garden Set-up
I will take updated photos later this month. For the meantime, junipers have brownish color due to the frost.Pearcy001 wrote:Very nice mate and well done.
