Hey all,
I was preparing my vege patches recently and had a bit of composted cow manure left over, so I put some around one of my figs which is in a grow pot. It has responded really well! I've always used Sudden Impact for Roses chook poo, but never seen the amount of growth that I have from the recent cow poo experiment. Seems to be great for figs you want to develop quickly.

Re: Fig: cow manure
I don't think they care whether it came form a bird or a beast but they do love nutrients so feed growing figs with plenty of it

One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful
