Taiwan Maple Mame
The pot is by Tracey Francis and is an absolute favourite of mine. I hope everybody's enjoying the long weekend!

Re: Taiwan Maple Mame
Indulgent, perhaps, but the sun shifting gently round prompted another photo.
Enjoy!

I have to agree with the pot, very nice. I don't know much about taiwan maples but will be interested to see leaf reduction? Also not sure about Mame, looks shohin sized.

Re: Taiwan Maple Mame
Sorry TT but the pot seems a little too masculine for this feminine Maple.
You seem to love it however, and that's all that really matters.... Thanks for showing!

Re: Taiwan Maple Mame
Well done keeping this one alive TT. Not an easy feat with these little pots, even on the Best Balcony.
I've found these do not ramify as well as the standard tridents so I don't bother growing them now. They do flower and set seed at a very young age, even in pots so that does give them an added attraction.
