Been trained in this pot for 3 years after removal from a group of 5 trees that was trained for approximately 25 years from seedlings purchased in Brisbane 33 years ago. This variety does not take kindly to wiring and is better suited to clip and grow in what I call a natural Australian gumtree style. It flowers and bears small purplish coloured, edible fruit directly on the trunk and branches.
