i dont think you will have to much trouble finding the fig it will be getting it over to italy that will be the problem, depending on your shipping laws and quarantine could be quite difficult.
i know dave54 has a few for sale, prices ranging from $140ish to $475ish i think aus dollar.

and i reckon if ya climate is right and you provide enough humidity then you should have a sweel tree in a few short years
