The next tree is under 3 m high over the years the winds have torn different trunks down but it still grows on . I don't know how old it would be except very .

Looks great sno!
Always amazes me how different the hills are your way compared to mine.
That nsw “plateau“ effect is uncommon in our parts.

Amazing photos champ..
I spent time camping at Dargo Victoria over xmas doing plenty of 4x4ing and some of the trees up that way on the high plains were amazing if only I took photos so much inspiration and examples of bonsai it wasn't funny... Our natives grow in amazing places and amazing ways... Cheers for the pics bud

You're mad to live there, but the photos are great. Bonsai with some serious scarring. It's the right season to dig Eucs, if you're feeling ambitious...

Thanks for posting,

Gavin

If we dig it Graham you are going to need a bigger kiln . Hi Boics and Soumi I would like to see the victorian Snow Gums ,one day I'll have to get down there . Here there is quite a difference between the trees that grow on the valley floor to the ones growing on the surrounding hills .
Thanks Split
John I've been wanting to take these photo for a while . I have to be brave and start emulating what I see on some of my bonsai .
Gavin . Sometimes I feel like an ant living here ,nature comes and kicks my nest and the next day I go out and start rebuilding .

I'll leave these ones for another day . I just dug a candlebark , started the project nearly a year ago , now it's :fc: .

Thanks for cleaning the photo up Peter . I am sure you would get some great images up here .also on the way here across the Monaro there has been a lot of die back in the Manna gums due to a weevil , without the leaf canopy you can really see the structure of these once magnificent trees . I need to make time to stop and get some shots .please feel free to call me ,it would be my pleasure to show you around .
