Can anyone tell me what time of year they would most likely repott and root trim there swamp cypress in coastal queensland area, and the most successful time to air layer it.

Re: swamp cypress
Thanks I have been doing exactly that with most but was really looking for a good time to air layer as I have had a lot of trouble getting cuttings to grow. Maybe I have been taking to small of cutting usually under 1cm diameter.

Im not part of a bonsai club yet have mainly been growing and selling to friends and such people I know so as to hopefully see them in 20-50yrs time!!! I have around 100 plants and many at cutting stage, I only have around 10 true bonsai now though but they are all less than 15 yrs old as I have never bought 1!
