I am in Wagga these days, I ordered some horticultural pumice online and it arrived yesterday, so will be doing some repotting this weekend.

Do people still mix zeolite with the pumice like with diatomite?

I'm using a 30% Zeolite/70% Pumice mix. In fact, the last two years I've been moving all my trees to this mix from commercial bonsai soil.
