The wisteria gets it fairly easy . Tonight it’s blowing and raining outside . Meanwhile

While mine is outside enduring the elements (though the elements here are not the same as at your place) so that may explain the difference.
Mine will certainly be photogenic in a couple of days.

Yours could be a later flowering variety as well . They certainly are worth the effort even if it’s brief moment of glory . Please share yours when it’s time .

The weather is warming ,so I repotted this Leptospermum juniperus yesterday into a slightly smaller pot (Erin) .

Thanks guys . I reckon this variety is one of the best Leptospermum for smaller size bonsai ,it gets gnarley early ( this one is under 8 years from seed ) . Doesn’t mind root pruning and back buds well even if you chop back to bare wood , if you can find a larger one i think it would back bud well after a trunk chop . I collected the seed from one growing in a garden in Canberra ,when I went back to get more seed they had ripped it out

I had set this one up because I was going to put this into the show , but I got nervous that it had only been recently repotted . I have heard that you should wait a couple of weeks for the tree to recover from repotting before putting it into a show .

I got some really nice pots off Grant Bowie at the Canberra show . The first one Regwac gave me a sweet little Azalea to put into it .

The second one , I had a Mel ‘something or other ‘cutting I took last year to put into it .

The Crabapple has nearly finished flowering it’s been quite a show and it’s now top of the class for this year . The landscape Dogwood is flowering behind it so it’s worth another showing .

Rhododendron with a blue flower? I would love to see what it looks like in bloom..... I've never seen one with blue flowers! I need one..... Badly!

I prefer round pots . I have a Callistemon sieberi in a rectangle pot (European ) today I changed its viewing point I, I had to chop off the corners to make it fit .

It’s sitting a bit high but over time I will expose the surface roots and reduce the rootball underneath .
