I like that pot Sno. Don't see enough hand made rectangles, imho. Thought it was a Tracey Francis at first sight!

It came from a French online bonsai shop that sold different euro potters stuff . Its a beautiful pot but there’s no makers mark so I can’t remember who made it .

This tree has outgrown its pot .Leptospermum grandifoluim , a local species up here . It’s quite a tall tree , ( not this one :D ) they grow up to 10 m ,the tallest I have seen was probably 5 m . They love wet feet and if you want to grow one as bonsai you better have scissors that are sharp and ready all the time .
This one has been in an Erin pot for 5 or so years and now the roots are starting to get a bit ‘ club footed ‘ so I am putting it into a Sue McFarland pot to stretch its feet for a while .
The photos are a bit dodgy because the camera lens was dirty .

I've been enjoying watching 42mice's experiments with layering clay, and this result really stands out, good choice!!
Love the movement in that trunk, beautiful tree.

That euc is a stunner. Do you know the species, and is that the juvenile foliage?

I am turning into a tech head . My partner has an iPhone which takes heaps better photos than this iPad but my fingers (even though I have small hands ( keels ) ) struggle to type .
So the photos in the last post were uploaded from her phone and now I’m back on the iPad .
Eucalyptus rubida . It’s about to get a major haircut and then I am going to put it onto a granite slab so I thought I would post some photos of what it looks like now ,just in case it all goes pear shaped . For those that know this tree it has had a major change :o , I removed the gin . E rubida around here are quite fluid with smooth twists in the branches . The gin was a bit rigid and to my eye it jarred to much . Anyway I can’t stick it back on .
