This is a Callistimon purchased from "Riverview Nursery" a few months ago
It was cut back hard and barerooted, Most of the roots were cut off, and the nebari / rooting considered ad the only option was to lay it over like the first photo, and this will probably end up the front

I have wired the trunk and bent to to get some movement into it Do not knwo if i am happy with it yet. The top will move back to the left I think or maybe there needs to be more wire added to the top section to get the movement heading back to the left
The top has Started to shoot everywhere so will have to make some plans there soon
Ideas anyone?

I feel that you should decide which of the two leaders to work with now. Maybe the smaller of the two.

That could be one way KC. Tilting the whole tree to the right and bending the leader to the left.
Are you keeping the very low branch?

I am keeping it for the moment. It is actually a back branch, but I think it is too low for a literati.
Thoughts?

Update
I have taken of the taller leader and the low back branch

Reapplied wire to the remaining branches to get them down and clipped the ends to see if they can start to build up some foliage mass on them of the next few months.

I have purchased a nice Mudlark Pottery pot ( thanks Penny) and have potted up into it last week.
Took some new photos on the weekend for you to enjoy

I could nt stand the tree up in the pot as much as I liked, so have tilted the pot forward a little to compensate
