[Category 1] Melaleuca linophylla

Post by Pup »

This tree was collected from a garden make over, 4 years ago it has been in training since. It had been in the garden for 5 years so it is probably about 10 years old.
This tree is loath to bud back on old wood. With that in mind. I trained it as a windswept tree, reminiscent of the tree's in the Torbay Young's siding area around the south west of W.A.

It is 620 mms high
it is 600 mms wide.
the pot is tokonoma

I'd like to see the two top branches slanted a bit more to the left. Not a lot, just to get them off the vertical and into the lean. Strange wind that blows two over and leaves two alone. But very nicely potted, great choice.
