[Category 1] Melaleuca rhaphiophylla

Post by Pup »

This tree was collected from an area that was in the way of a four lane highway called the Tonkin after one of the premiers of this State.
In 2003 when this was collected it was part of a large self-layered branch. It took my mate and myself one hour of solid work to get it.
It was a rather large clump, which was difficult to handle.
So in 2006 it was split into 3. When I had to cut some of the root of to get it into the pot. I decided to polish the peice of root and count the rings. I counted 97. Make from thatwhat you will. This has been in traning since September 2006.

It is 750mms high
it is 560mms wide
the pot is Chinese.
