This is my little liquid amber. This is it after its first trunk chop. Pretty excited about this one, Ill be aiming for a shohin size.

Larger sized trees work best as the leaves do reduce but not to really small sizes

I've been lucky with the leaf colour on this one this Autumn. With the mild summer just passed, it had already turned plum colour very early on.

Hey Akhi, I've been developing this for 3 years, purchased from local garden centre as grafted nursery stock.
During previous summers here it's leaves usually fried to a crispy brown.
