The usual autumn colour has been a bit hit and miss this year so far. Some English elms have had a quick burst and then all gone to brown but little gem has shown some really beautiful orange colour so I thought I would share.
This little darling didn't start out as a shohin but it is now the appropriate size.

Certainly better colour than i'm seeing here in S.E Bayside area, very nice indeed the colour and the tree!
In the blue darkening sky, the moon paints a pine tree.
