Japanese Black Pine and Japanese Larch Dots in Leaves

Hello Everyone,

I just checked my Japanese Black Pine, and larch this morning, and the needles all have small dots on them.
They just came up this morning, yesterday there were none.
Does anyone know what they are? and What I should do?
