That's the first thing I thought when I seen it. No leaves to do a better id. I think hackimoto has it.

May not be the Micky mouse plant although they look similar
This tree has all flower hanging on a long stalk and all facing downwards like the Sakura

Ochna quite often sheds all leaves for a short time just before flowering.

Is it rare? Some people on eBay advertised as rare.
Anyone use it as bonsai?
It's called 黃梅,means "yellow prunus mume"

Not at all rare as in some areas it is classed as an invasive noxious weed.

It's interesting. The flowers and the way they open is really like Prunus Mume and Sakura. Stunningly rich and bright yellow. Fragrant too.
If it is so easily sourced, more of them should be trained as Bonsai or ornamental plants.
I posted the flower pic on social media and quite a few people say they look like or even better looking than sakura.
