anyone got an ID

Post by Mbunro »

owned this for about year,
always thought it was a mel raph, but flowers say otherwise.
Only an assumption but i think it was collected around the perth hills.
some kind of tea tree?
flowers are about 8mm across

much thanks in advance.

There are many WA plants I don't know so may be way of. Foliage and flowers look a lot like Astartea sp which happen to be WA natives. Have a search and see if any of them match your tree.
