Hi all, I have forgotten what species this is.

It is struggling to take water - too many roots in the pot. Hoping now is ok time to repot and trim.

Comments on the pot for this tree also welcome. Currently it is this handmade pot I picked up at a market in Taipei a few years back.

Thanks

Juniperus communis or rigida - I never know which one it is. Should be tough and strong. I'd be hesitant to repot if you are expecting over-30degC in the next fortnight, but they are resilient.

Thanks Gavin,

Have started to clean it out - all I know is that is a spiky little buggar.

Cheers
