This fig was collected in very rugged sanstone cliff areas of northern NSW. As with most figs in this area it was growing out of a crack in the sandstone. After collection it was potted into a tub and let grow for about 3 to 4 years.After this time it was wired and regularly defoliated. This tree has responded well to training and maintains it's small leaves and good ramifications well with regular care. A very nice "complete"tree that shows the natural character of its species well.
