Size for shohin trees

Post by kvan64 »

Hi, I just want to confirm that the size of the tree has to be under 250mm. In this case, does the specified height including the pot?

G'day Kvan,

The tree is measured from the top of the pot to the top of the tree.

7 days left to get in your quarterly update to stay in the competition everyone.

Steven

:crikey: There is now only a little over 5 weeks to go in this competition. All competitors should be starting to fine tune their entries and think about presentation for the final pictures.

AusBonsai Shohin Progressive Styling Competition 2011

Post by Steven »

G'day,

We are now in the final month of this 14 month competition.

Work can be done right up to 30th October and final pictures and text must be posted no later than midnight on 1st November 2012.

With the weather warming up I'm looking forward to seeing the extra growth on all the entries.

Good luck,
Steven

Hi Steven,

As previously discussed I was allowd a concession with the submission of mu Two shohin entries as I was heading off over seas. At this stage that loss of a week in spring is taking its toll on my Fig, The week down in october was definitly a disadvantage. Anyway just to confirm my submission dates are correct;

Original Competion dates are : Sunmitt before 31st Aug - work between 1st sept to 31st Oct - Submitt before Midnight 1st Nov

My consession dates: Submitted 21st August - work between 22nd Aug to 21st Oct - Submitt before Midnight Monday 22nd October

Could you please confirm these correct as I would hate to be disqualified at this late stage :palm:

Cheers

Ryan
