Re: Ausbonsai Australian Native Bonsai Awards 2012
Chris.
Most of my trees just posted as ANBITA, were collected or purchased more than 12 months ago and as such were not wired or otherwise developed until last August or so. The only work was root work to facilitate potting up but do not consider that training.
The Airlayers of course were layered well before I started applying wire last summer so i assume they were the same situation as yours.
Ken

Re: Ausbonsai Australian Native Bonsai Awards 2012
Mrs Pup has put in a saikei that she did with Bill Valavanis last October but the tree she used was a struck cutting from 2009 so if the treewas not worked as far as styling I would think that is fine.
Ps Mrs Pup has gone in under my site registration as we both have the same email addy, and two names one addy is a no no.

Re: Ausbonsai Australian Native Bonsai Awards 2012
This is what it says,
A People's Choice award will also be presented and the winner will be chosen by you, the members of AusBonsai. The recipient of this award will receive a Janet Selby limited edition AusBonsai bonsai pot and a certificate. Voting for this award will take place between 1st July and 8th July 2012 and instructions for voting will be posted towards the end of June.
So as far as I know the voting ends 12midnight tonight and I haven't placed my vote.
