Any idea's as to what the root work was that lead to it's demise Ken? Did you cut off too much root mass, or was it due to being bare rooted?

I tried not to take too much roots off at the time and leave as much on there as i could to get into into a plastic orchid pot. I have not pulled it out of the pot yet so cannot see for sure yet.
