When can we submit final pics for the entries?

This forum contains entries in the AusBonsai Shohin Progressive Styling Competition 2011/2012 that have not conformed to the eligibility criteria, have been withdrawn from the competition or have died.

When can we submit final pics for the entries?

I will be going on holidays during the last few weeks of the competition period and may not be able to post. I was wondering when is the earliest that we are allowed to post final pics for the trees.
