JULY UPDATE

I have made some dramatic changes since my last post. I wasn't convinced that the options I had initially chosen were going to be the best for this competition.

With some new growth in spring and refinement to the carving, I hope to present a convincing tree come judging time.

This tree is withdrawn from the competition. My new best friend decided it tasted pretty good an chewed all the foliage from the branches.

There are lots of new buds about to burst so it will live on. Best of luck to all the remaining contestants.

That's a shame that Baxter chewed it. Was looking really good. Like to see what you do with it
