I would like to ask, if one picture is enough for the update? Please let me know so I rush and take some additional pictures.
I ask lots of questions that sound like suggestions. Please remember I am a inquisitive newbie trying to figure out why You made a particular decision, in order to learn.

Nowhere in the rules does it state a number of photos for updates - only for the first and final posts do you need 2 photos.

I usually do 2 as I like to keep a record of the different aspects of the tree as they develop.

Damian, don't pull out. I hope that the mods could allow you to submit your entries when you can sort out your tech. It would be a shame if you couldn't participate in this comp because of a bloody app!

Mojo, your grace is appreciated.
I had planned to work on my entries over the past few weeks but time kept slipping away.
My withdrawal is not entirely the fault of a certain APP, it's mostly mine.
If I had better planned my time last nights frustration would not have happened.
It was almost the same as not doing that assignment and then at the last minute remembering that the pen ran out of ink but the shops were all closed :palm:
Deadline is a deadline. What if it came down to your tree and mine and mine won? I would feel like the dirtiest rascal.
Good luck everyone who was more organised than I :tu:

After reading the rules again I have a question that may have already been asked.

Do the updates have to be 3 months apart OR just within the specified quarterly time frames.

You must make a minimum 3 monthly progression update including photos, an overview of work completed and experiences. Updates must be made within the following EDST periods - 1st April to 30th June 2013, 1st July to 30th September 2013

Regards

Just within the quarterly time frames Peter. You could make one at the end of one period and one the next day in the beginning of the following period.

Just a reminder for all entrants, The next update cutoff point for the Comp is coming up at the end of the this month ( 30th September).
As per the competition rules in the first post from Steven, all entries need to have an update posted at least every 3 months.

Everyone must post an update for each entry between 30th June and the 30th September 2013. If you do no post an update on your entries sometime between these dates, you will be disqualified from the comp.

look forward to see how all the trees are faring with the update posts over remainder of the month.

I moved all entries now, that have been disqualified due to not being updated before the last cutoff date.

In 5 days, any entries that have not been updated since July 31 will be moved to the disqualified thread here viewforum.php?f=151

You are most welcome to continue the development of these trees, but they will be ineligible to be included in the final voting.
