[withdrawn][Mojo Moyogi] Juniperus squamata 'Prostrata' #4

Post by Mojo Moyogi »

Japanese Juniper - Juniperus squamata 'Prostrata'
Sourced from: Wholesale nursery in 2005
Cost: $15
Current height: 280mm
Current width: 150mm

Note: Bought as a young typically dull stock plant, this tree sat around for ages waiting to be turned into something better, eventually becoming a tangled semi upright mess of rubbish branches with no foliage in close. In spring 2012 I got sick of looking at the top of the tree and chopped it to see if I could force some new growth to work with.

Cheers,
Mojo

Withdrawn. Has put on 0% growth in the 0 growing months since April 1. Probably going semi- cascade with this one and will be repotting in the next week or so with all of my other Junipers. Will continue to develop in time period allocated outside of the competition, potentially a good little tree by Sept 2014.

Cheers,
Mojo
