Purchased the tree when it was a "whip" about 2 years ago. I had intentions of placing the tree in a landscape setting but didn't get around to it. I placed the tree in a pot to let it grow free in its current pot.
Looking forward in learning from this experience.

Managed to get some time over the weekend to do some work on this tree. Had a few options with this guy but settled for a Semi-cascade.
The crown needs a fair bit of filling out and the top RHS may need to be trimmed back a bit. I'll see what over spring and summer - I'll let it go for a bit before I start further work and refining any new growth. Pretty happy with the result so far. Looking forward to potting the tree next year.
