There is a white furry/fuzzy mould growing on the rock as you can see in the pics. It doesn't seem to be effecting the plant in any way, but aesthetically it looks terrible. I'd like to get some moss growing on the rock instead.
How do I kill off the mould without killing the plant?

Maybe try scraping it off and wash the rock down with a diluted solution of a fungicide
