Hi all,
First time bonsai post for me, and brand new to bonsai!!
A quick question for everyone, as I’m some what confused, because the bottle doesn’t give exact instructions.
I have recently sprayed my juniper prostrata and Chinese elms with Multicrop Eco Pest Oil, as I found spider mites.
I was just wondering how often I need to spray them, and if they can be placed in the sun once sprayed? (Eg..sprayed at night and left out?)
Thanks all, much appreciated!!
Brendan

Re: How often to use Eco Pest Oil??
I spray 5-7 days after the initial spray, then I wait until I see something that needs removing and do that again.
Never spray during the day or even hot evenings. Wait until the sun has set and it has cooled down a bit before spraying. This is more relevant for summer nights as it now gets cool enough as soon as the sun starts to set.
Make sure to spray under the foliage. Seems to be one of the biggest mistakes people make. The bugs can easily live under leaves.

That’s great, thank you so much for the advice.
I’ve just reapplied so hopefully they’ll all clear up from now
