Post by Keels »

The leaves on my eucalyptus have started to curl. I don't understand whats causing this to happen. Any advice?

I haven't seen this one, but in the absence of wiser advice, I'd suspect it was a fungal disease. This wet summer has certainly encouraged all that stuff. Something from Bunnings...

And good luck,

Gavin

I haven't seen this either, but it doesn't look like the usual suspects - drying out, sunburn, over watering, or over fertilising. I'd suspect fungal or mite problems, but I'm only guessing. If no one here can help is there a native nursery you can take a bagged sample to?

Matt.

We have a native nursery down the road. If i can't find the help here I'll reach out to the nursery

I'll give a fungal spray a go. Hopefully it solves the issues

It looks like mites damage , have you looked at the leaves under magnification ? It may also be a Boron deficiency .

I’m with Sno - I’ve had a bad run of mites over the last month or so. Not sure whether the relatively humid weather has spurred them on.
