Worms? What are these

Just watering my Bonsai when found these in the pots… yuck. Do I need to get rid and how do I do so? Do I need repot?

Photos are not great quality but those look like millipedes meaning lots of legs.
Australia has lots of different species. We also have one introduced species - Portugese millipede that occasionally builds up to plague numbers and invades houses.
Millipedes feed on leaf litter and moss so should not cause any harm to your bonsai.
