Re: anyone after confidor?
You can get bulk jars of Bayer Initiator on eBay. Depends what you need it for. I buy bulk because I’ve got a 2m plus tall Lilly pilly hedge which isn’t psyllid resistant and is made up of 12 separate shrubs… that plus pest oil plus Yates Success to keep the darn green beetles off and still it has psyllid… without the confidor the oil does nothing. I figure planting it is better than spraying it everywhere. It isn’t allowed to flower. I’m very much considering ripping it out and putting in murraya instead.

Re: anyone after confidor?
You can’t get it retail anymore it seems. Mitre10 and Bunnings took it away after increasing pressure from the public about declining bee numbers.

It's very close to being totally removed even for industry
In the blue darkening sky, the moon paints a pine tree.

That's what I understood, hence my original post. Don't know how long it'll be available...

The active ingredient is available under different brands from most farm supply stores if you are desperate.

Re: anyone after confidor?
The nursery that I frequent, has it for sale. He said Bayer has no plans to remove the product.
It is a choice if a retailer does not stock the product, but that it will continue to be made available.
They now just recommend removing flower buds or not allowing the plant/tree to flower for a while after you spray it.
