The previous nursery onwers where I work spent a substatial amount of dollars on Ficus from China and lost over to half , they were kept in quarantine for over 120 days, their explanation for not being able to collect these from quarantine because there were nematodes still present in the plants...

anyway my concern would be people investing in some of these trees and a issue arise with quarantine. Im open to interest in the near future especially if i can get my contact liasoning for me. im only importing from a nursery which sources out what you might be after so im only covering a very small part of china. Im sure Jow has good contacts in japan would be interesting to see what he can get.
i cant import the ulmus as all elms are banned in austrilia. Youll cry when i put the elm pics up later, I DID 
the other two are ficus microcarpa and sagarettia theezens (chinese bird plum) the prices include air frieght to brisbane with pots and all post sanitary certificates. These are large trees which take alot of space, small trees are cheaper to import.
