Bonsai-en

Post by Nate.bonsai »

Just a quick post with some praise for Bonsai-en online bonsai store.

They are an Australian-owned bonsai store with a select and good quality range of tools, wire and accessories.

I bought 50 fertiliser baskets and some cut paste, but was impressed that they were packed and shipped the very next day and arrived within about 2-3 days. Super quick!

It is always great to find somewhere reliable, good quality and fast.

I expect that the owner is on this forum. If so, thanks for providing us with another option for our bonsai needs.

I was following them on youtube and found they were opening a new retail Bonsai nursery. They moved house, spent the money on setting up the nursery and were then told they cannot trade due to some legal reason imposed by their council. They had asked all the questions et prior but this was imposed after setting up. So after setting up they had to shut the retail nursery and can now only trade online. I dont know all the detail but were certainly hard done by.

Understanding this, well worth giving them some support in the form of purchasing from their online store.

I have bought all my Bonsai tools from there and I have been very impressed with the quality and how fast they ship also.

As someone who is new to Bonsai their youtube channel has been great as they go over all the basics in really good detail, they even have a pretty good podcast for anyone interested.

Agreed, one of the better online shops in Aus. I have also bought a few things, reasonably good value and service - wires, tools and pots a number of times. They also have a podcast.
